The story follows Aria Scuderi, who was born into a powerful Mob family in Chicago. Her parents arranged her marriage to Luca, the oldest son of the head of the New York Cosa Nostra when she was only fifteen. Aria is now eighteen and is about to marry Luca, who is known as "the Vice" for his ruthless nature and deadly strength.
